For those of us who have our mouse pointers go directly to a screen default button, setting "Run Cleaner" as the default button would save us moving the pointer when we start up Ccleaner. (Maybe this should apply to all Piriform products.) Thank you.

Asking for a feature to be introduced to save moving a mouse pointer a few inches across the screen isn't really going to get serious consideration. Even someone with a disability using that feature may not want to immediately run CCleaner each and every time they launch the program.
Just MHO of course.
Such a setting would have to be enabled system-wide, and such as setting wouldn't be on by default.
It really wouldn't be practical with a tool like CCleaner and a possible accidental button click since undoing something could get very involved and/or completely impossible if any of the secure delete modes are enabled.
Do you need to wast time and hog the screen if you merely want to zap junk without a second thought.
Just launch from a shortcut with the /AUTO argument.
