CCleaner crippled software and critical error in Windows 10

I set CCleaner to erase unused space, not the FAT or Registry. Afterward I discovered at least 4 software programs won't run and W10 has critical Start Menu error. I have yet to take a full inventory of software that is not working. I uninstalled CCleaner, but not sure what to do next. Help please.

Yes, that is the message. I will read the replies listed regarding this issue.

However, of greater concern is that 2 out of 3 software programs that I attempted to use wont' work after using CCleaner, they start to load and freeze mid-way (both Sony audio products). Tonight will take a comprehensive inventory of programs that no longer work after using CCleaner.

I'm trying not to panic.

Windows 10 can always be reinstalled either as a fresh install or as a repair install.

What are the names of the Sony Audio products?
