Ccleaner Crash on Reg scan.

Hello Forum.

Ok so the problem I am having is that when I Use Ccleaner and use it's Registry Scan Ccleaner crashes. After it crashes i cannot open up Ccleaner again unless i reinstall it. A error box comes up saying. Windows cannot access the specified device,path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

Facts:

I am a administrator on my laptop.

Registry Scan specifically cannot scan the "Windows Services" part without crashing.

After crash, i cannot open in safe mode either.

I run a OS of Window Vista Home Prem.

32 bit.

I do have to press F1 everytime i start my computer because of hard disk problems.

Please help. I appreciate it

What hard disk problems do you have?

Have you tried running a chkdsk?

Rgarding the error when tring to upload the jpg, if you are using the basic uploader try selecting the Flash Uploader instead
