CCleaner completely ruined my PC audio

I recently installed CCleaner to clean up my computer a bit. I let it update my drivers but immediately ran into a problem. All my audio devices on my pc are gone: no speakers, no headset detected, nothing.

I have tried several fixes such as: reverting the driver updates, troubleshooting via windows, removing and reinstalling drivers, even resetting my pc. None of these work: i’ve seen this same issue on other forum topics and i’m wondering if someone has figured out a fix for this. If not, how can i get in contact with the people from CCleaner because ruining my computer like this is a disgrace.

Thank you

You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Further you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending your request to support is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you will not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the computer even shows your request to a support person.

PS. Sending more requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.
