I use CCleaner Cloud every day mainly for live monitoring. When I go to the CCleaner Cloud "Events page" in any browser. At first the events load normally. When I select "Load More" at the bottom, the most recent events at the top will be duplicated and shown at both the bottom and the top with older events in between. Then, the page automatically starts loading more events without me selecting Load More. Eventually the page will load so many that it causes a memory error. This makes is almost impossible to view events and only started sometime this past week.
Attached are screenshots of what I am seeing. A video would be too large to upload and note that the first image is heavily redacted for security purposes but you can see the duplicated events with older events in between. The attached images are based using Google Chrome but I found this occurs on other browsers as well such as Firefox and again this did not start until this week of May 20, 2024.
Last time I submitted a support request (turns out is was CCleaner system wide outage) it took about three months for me to receive a reply so I am hoping that this post may help to get this resolved or at least confirm for others that may be experiencing this.
Thank You,
Matt
