paid my money and download will not work?
got receipt ect. but it refuses to down to me !!!

CCleaner is FREE. You can donate, but that has NOTHING to do with the downloads.

There are many sites that offer the free downloads such as the links from this site, the ones that lead to Filehippo.com, and MajorGeeks.com are a few to try.
Be more specific what do you mean "refuses to download"?
since you paid, what you paid for is priority support which means that instead of talking to the Users of the software (here on the forums) you can contact the develoeprs and ask your question. I'm sure they will happily send you a copy of the installer.
