CCleaner browser keeps coming back

I used CCleaner for a year now and recently a CCleaner Browser installed without me knowing... 

I tried to uninstall it, but my pc doesn't let me choose the option to uninstall it...




I had to use a program called Geek Uninstaller to forcefully remove it from my computer...


But after a day or two, it comes back out of nowhere...


Its not my default browser and i never clicked on any pop ups...

can anyone help me with this ?

Are you using an Administrator account when uninstalling? 

Is the browser still running background processes?

Yes to the first question, no to the second question.

I tried the suggetion and seems like it worked.

I'll reply again if it shows up again, thank you for your help.
