CCleaner auto shutdown not working with computer locked

Good day!

Was installation version v4.13.4693 (24 Apr 2014) on Windows 7 x64, the settings i have chosen "Shutdown after clean", run «Run Cleaner», and lock (Ctrl+Alt+Del - Lock) computer.
As a result, CCleaner has completed work, but did not turn off the computer.

Is this a known bug?

Can you please let us know which version of the OS you are using?

Does CCleaner shutdown the computer if you don't lock it?
