cCleaner attempts to update uninstalled programs

I have uninstalled Skype but cCleaner continues to report it needs updating

I was able to remove Skype permanently. I also kept getting the message to update Skype software. Not anymore. 

Search the registry for Skype and then remove it. There are quite a few though. Make a backup first. It didn’t cause any problems for me, everything just works.

I’m not allowed to have links from CCleaner, hence this brief ‘manual’.

Why can't I post an Image or a Weblink?

The ability to post links, images, etc. is controlled by your ‘Trust Level’ in the forum software. The more interaction that you have with the forum, more posts made and so on, then your ‘Trust Level’ changes and you are able to post more types of things. This describes basically how it works, but it is a bit old so may not be up to date, and the settings themselves can be customised. So the levels may be set slightly differently here.
