... mistaking Firefox cookies for IE cookies and deleting them. I have it set up to leave my Firefox data alone and delete all IE material, but the current CCleaner nevertheless removes a range of sign-in cookies for Firefox that I want to keep! I'm using CCleaner 2.20.920, Firefox 3.0.10 and IE 6.0.2900.5512 under XP with SP3.
