Ccleaner Annoying

I'm sorry - but CCleaner has become very annoying on Android with the constant ads and bogus notifications of "needing to be run" again and again and again.

You can turn off notifications in ccleaner settings. I have only lowspace notification on and don't get these nags.

In *theory* you can shut off notifications, but in practice, even if you shut off all notifications, it's still running in the background, and will continue to pop-up notifications (I don't want the app running AT ALL until such time as I start it up). Ended up delting it because it irritated me.
