Ccleaner Android Clear Cache

I use Cool Reader for Android. When I run Ccleaner, I cannot avoid cleaning Cool Reader in hidden cache, so I lose all my Cool Reader settings.

Is there any way to clear the non-Cool Reader hidden cache only?
