When I want to make Ccleaner work, - I'm asked to close my "Google" to make it function? And first when I have done/allowed this, I may continue my cleaning? Any reason for this?

Because google locks the files (history, cookies and cache) while running ccleaner cannot clean them at the same time chrome (and firefox, opera) is running. You can tell ccleaner not to ask, but it will skip chrome anytime it cleans that chrome is open
