Can't be done I'm afraid. CCleaner is wired to scan the System Drive only, usually C:
You could use the "Include" feature to target specific files\folders on your E: Drive, and if you do that, you will need to check the "Custom Files And Folders" box in "CCleaner\Windows\Advanced" for the "Include" to work.
