Is it possible to detect previous CCleaner Activity ie "did Drive Wipe successfully finish overnight?"
There's not, sorry. Would kinda defeat the junk cleaning aspect of ccleaner if it made its own junk.

variants of your idea get suggested every now and then; time last ran, amount a data cleared etc, but nothing has ever come of those ideas.
one day maybe...
writing that sort of info to, say, an .INI file may be one way to skin the cat.
and displaying that info along the top banner line of CC would be nice.
