Ccleaner 7pro registration problem

i have uninstalled and reinstalled ccleaner for windows to try and get the registration to work for the 7pro edition and i keep getting a code 0X0010006. Oh, I have also purchased the ccleaner pro7 edition FOUR MONTHS EARLY due to advertising emails saying my subscription was close to being done. AND now having these MAJOR problems!

when I click on the download button on my purchased email and install ccleaner 7pro, all I get installed is the FREE version and it wont take my new registration key

Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
  5. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

If you have any issues, please let me know.

its asking me for a TICKET # - which I dont have

why cant you just send me a new download ccleaner pro7 that installs properly and the registration # works? after all I have been charged two times $47.65 and then another $15.14! Four months early before my subscription would expire!

Thanks for these log files, please send me a screenshot of the error you are seeing when you try to activate your licence so I can advise you further.

I’m having a similar issue. My license was activated weeks ago, but no longer works and was asking to reactivate the license.

Hi everyone, I can’t buy a new version; maintenance has been underway for weeks.

Lawrence di you have an update? If not, can I get a new license to try. The issue may simply be that there was a glitch in communication internet when the registration server was communicating with my purchase to get it going. This would validate this theory.
