Ccleaner 7 window size bigger than screen

Ccleaner just updated to version 7.0.1010.0

It has become unusable.

When it starts a splash screen comes up. I know there’s a button in the bottom right corner because I installed it on a different machine. The problem is the splash screen is taller than the resolution of my screen (1360x768) and there’s no way to resize the window.

After much tinkering I got past it somehow, but no idea what I agreed to. Then the normal program window is now as large as my screen and cannot be resized much smaller, it doesn’t allow it. If I start a scan, the buttons that I need to press are below the bottom of the screen. I am going to have to uninstall it and figure out something else. The program needs to be functional for all sizes of screens.
