Bonjour, CCleaner 7 remplace CCleaner Pro que j’ai acheté. C’est quasiment instantané après l’éxécution de la version Pro.
J’aimerais bien que quelqu’un fasse quelque chose, c’est proprement intolérable! J’ai beau désinstaller CCleaner 7, réinstaller ma clé de CCleaner Pro, ça recommence.
J’aimerais bien, au moins avoir une réponse! Merci.
Firstly this is a common misunderstanding.
CCleaner7 does still have both Free and Pro versions, it just doesn say at the top which one you have.
There are 2-ways to tell which one you have:
1- Look at the bottom-left corner of CCleaner - If there is a yellow ‘Upgrade’ icon then you are running the Free version. If it isn’t there you are running the Pro version.

2- Go to ‘Settings > My Subscription’ and it will tell you there which one you are running.
If it’s Free then enter your licence key to activate it as Pro.

Note that you can go back to CCleaner v6.39 and prevent it from updating to CCleaner7, but v6.39 will never be updated now and so will not keep up with changes to browsers etc.

Follow ALL of the instructions there, particularly about turning off the Automatic Updating and deleting ‘CCupdate.exe’, if you do not follow the instructions then your newly rolled back CCleaner will just update to CCleaner7 again.
