CCleaner 7 vs 6 - I ran 7 then reinstalled 6 and 6 found 1.34Gb of additional junk to delete

Whilst not commenting on the differences between v6 and v7 - you should bear in mind a couple of other things:

Firstly reinstalling 6 will have created junk files. (And if you had uninstalled 7so would that).

Secondly that just runing v6 twice in a row will also find things to clear again.
