CCleaner Service does not work well when opening CCleaner, Ccleaner is not a stand alone program, the people who made Ccleaner7 made it so that every time you open Ccleaner it has to open with Ccleaner Service which does not work well on Windows 10, on Windows 11 it works well but they have not made the new Ccleaner 7 efficient enough to open on Windows 10 quckly and promptly. I posted on this forum before and they demanded that I use their bugging program and send them the data. They never fixed it and ghosted me or just did not contact me, service quality is not as good as it used to be, before Ccleaner 7 when Ccleaner 6 was a stand alone program that did not need a network program like Ccleaner Service.
Everything but the quoted you are correct, and it is sad that developers ghosted you. just to clear up any confusion, CCleaner service isn’t a network service, just a windows one. It is unlikely that they will about face on the service, more and more apps are turning to using windows services, which in general (as probably evidenced by your experience with ccleaner’s) seem to have been improved in 11 and not 10.
