CCleaner 7 not working with Windows 11

I can’t get my latest version of 7 to work on Windows 11. I’ve repaired the installation twice, uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and tried running as administrator. All to no avail. It just hangs on a white window when launched, and nothing happens. Specs are:

12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-1235U (1.30 GHz) 16Gb Ram, 64 bit

Windows 11 Business
Version 24H2
OS build 26120.6780
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.262.0

Can someone suggest a fix, please?

Well, at least you get a window :slight_smile: On my two Win 10 PCs nothing happends at alle :frowning:

We’ve had a few reports of this welcome screen issue and there’s a work round (it works for most):

Go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
