Ccleaner 7 health check saying that it is "still busy doing other things" instead of opening tab to scan

i have been trying for close to a month to use the health check to work ,but no mater what time of day i try all i get is the message “health check is still busy with something else” please wait until its done to use health check”

We will be releasing a new update for CCleaner 7 soon.
Please update to this and let me know if you continue to experience this issue after the update.
Until then, you can continue to use CCleaner 6 for Health Check.

This problem is still an issue for me. Very frustrating. The only thing that works is you have to sign in everytime you want to run a health check.
