I use CCleaner Pro. Until today I had version 6. However, today version 7 was installed. The installation seems to have been done well except that when I open CCleaner, it displays the “Welcome to CCleaner 7” box and remains on this box with no way to exit to access the CCleaner functions. I tried to reinstall and still the same bug. Is there a way to fix this problem?
We’ve had lots of reports of this welcome screen issue and there’s a work round (it works for most):
Go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
