CCleaner just deleted all my saved cookies! Boy am I pissed. I reinstalled V6.21 Now I have to recreate all my saved cookies.
It deleted all my saved Youtube videos as well. I’m more than pissed. I ended up having to do an image restore using Macrium and I got everything back, Youtube history and saved cookies. Stay with version 6.21 if you can. Folks if you don’t have an image restore tool get one!
I feel your pain. CCleaner did the same thing for me. It deleted all my saved cookies. How did you reinstall the previous version. I went to the CCleaner Website and they don’t offer the previous version anymore. Version 7 is totally useless for me if I can’t save any cookies.

I’m shocked at the loss of functionality with the new version, but here going to comment on the “rollout” they are doing right now.
No notice to existing users what the ramifications are of replacing Ccleaner 6 with 7 - and potentially losing much customization along the way!

It looks like they have been ordered to keep their head below the parapet while all the flack is flying.
(It wouldn’t be the first time here, and it happens on other company fora as well when the company makes what they know will be an unpopular move that will get a lot of forum complaints).
To be fair their isn’t much that the forum staff could say or do anyway.
The decision to launch v7 would have been made higher up in the company.
