CCleaner 7 can’t launch but staying at “Starting setup” forever on PC with Windows11, even after clean installation/re-installation twice. Need a solution!
Does CCleaner have tech support who can help on this? Or does anyone in the community have a suggestion how to fix this?

On mye Windows 10 systems it did install. But nothing happends when I try to start it :-/

I don’t think it’s this but try it anyway:
Go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
TBH though yours looks more like a connection freeze, ie. the installer is trying to get access to a server but is being blocked.
Are you running an Antivirus/firewall other than Windows Defender?

Yes, I have an Antivirus running, but CCleaner worked well in the past years.
Don’t forget that CCleaner 7 is new - and so the AV may not recognise it (yet) and may block it because it uses elevated permissions.
You often get that problem of AV’s not recognising new versions and so stopping them from running.
Try pausing the AV, or making CCleaner 7 an exception/allow in the AV, and see if CCleaner 7 runs then.
