CCleaner 7.0.1010.1196 on Windows 7 SP1 x64

CCleaner 7.0.1010.1196 is installed, but does not start. The process does not start C:\Program Files\Piriform\CCleaner 7\CCleaner_service.exe . An error occurs:

CCleaner_service.exe - System error

The program cannot be started because the computer is missing api-ms-win-core-winrt-string-l1-1-0.dll . Try reinstalling the program.

CCleaner’s announcement stated that it was compatible with Windows 7.

CCleaner 7 does not support Windows 7.
