Hi. I want upgrade ccleaner 5.18 to ccleaner 5.23 but when I start the installation, I've this screen (cf attached thumbnails) and the progress bar stay blocked.
I specify that I've windows 10 with a proxy. Someone can help me ? Thx
if you haven't already, try removing the current version first, reboot the PC, then install the new version.
