when process hacker start , ccleaner frezze a registry cleaner .
software stop , buttons dont work.
same abnormal status in windows 8.1 without process hacker.
disk cleaner works very well

5.00 is no longer supported. Try 5.01 and see.
Also does it freeze without process hacker's intervention? missed this in the original post.
At what point in the registry section does it freeze (examples: upon loading up the registry screen; analysis of registry; cleaning of a specific key).
When using CCleaner or any other registry changing software the advice in my signature should be followed.
Ran these simultaneously: ccleaner 5.00.5050 with system monitoring ON, windows xp sp3, process hacker 2.33.
CCleaner worked as usual, but was slow when wipe free space was checked. To be expected, I think.
Registry cleaner worked as usual.
So can’t duplicate your problem here on win xp. Someone else might??
Fwiw, there is a software very similar to process hacker, Process Explorer by Sysinternals, it has never interfered with anything here.
