CCleaner 3.22.1800 will always cause Lync 2010 broken

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise Edition x64 with SP1

1. Keep Microsoft Lync 2010 client closed,

2. Run CCleaner 3.22.1800 with recommend settings, navigate to "Cleaner", click "Analyze" then "Run Cleaner".

3. Run Lync 2010, it will start to repair the installation due to application broken.

4. This issue can be reproduced every time.
