CCFree upgrade not working

I’ve been using the free version of CC Cleaner for years and decided to upgrade today but am very concerned that although I used the upgrade button in the app on my pc, even after putting in all my details and payment card details I kept getting a popup message saying that my browser was not a safe version for online payments (using Google Chrome) and I would be sent an email to allow me to make a payment. I’ve received no email and not even sure which email address it would go to as I have checked all the account settings on CC Cleaner and cannot see where it shows which email address was used when I started using the software.

I am now very concerned that I have put in my card details directly through the software but nothing has been confirmed with no email.
Especially concerning as I wanted to upgrade my CC Cleaner and security, not create more stress!

Have similar issue: upgraded to CC7 and it doesn’t open, even “as Administrator”. I have Acer Aspire E5-432, WS 10.
