Probably start here by looking at the Piriform Documentation.
Default settings are usually pretty safe.
I usually also include:
- DNS Cache
- Old Prefetch Data
- Menu Order Cache
- Tray Notifications Cache
- User Assist History
User selections may vary, depending on preference.
