You are sent into an endless circle. The forms don’t work, the Support window churns and churns with no one responding not even an AI. there is NO support . I think we should take to Twitter, Trustpilot and other online review platforms and alert the world how terrible this program has become. I have had it for some time, but sadly it has been maybe purchased by some goon of a company, and they just want to keep charging you. I will have to go to my bank and BLOCK them , since I have tried everything in my power and spent literally an HOUR trying to cancel my subscription.
This sucks but they leave me no choice. I have worked on support for software companies, so honestly this is the WORST I have seen other then Facebook.. non existent support as well.
