Thank you for CCCleaner for Home Use. It hangs/freezes. I think it is trying to open a web page. Task Manager force close, no joy. Only restart PC eliminates issue. Anyway, thank you, good day.

Just to make sure - Are you talking about the official CCleaner (2 “C’s”) or the rip-off copy CCCleaner (3 “C’s”)?
If it’s the offficial CCleaner then when and how does it freeze?
ie, What are you doing when it freezes, what does it look like when frozen.
There is a known issue where CCleaner Free will grey out for a second or two before continuing, and one other user has reported it freezing on them rather than continuing.
What AV/internet security are you using if not just Windows own?
What Windows version are you using?
