This update is crap.

Can’t scan my apps. Stops at 78 % and frezeeses.

Uninstalled and installed 3 times without any luck.

I have used the support tools 3 times now and ABSOLUTELY

NO RESPONDS FROM SUPPORT. They don’t

care about their customor’s, they don’t respond

to support tools.

Going to give them a bad review on trust pilot.

They are morons.

I have used CCleaner since the beginning - CC7 is crap! I have Pro Plus and every update changes it to CC7 , so I uninstall cc7 and redo the setup. I DO NOT WANT CC7!!

Follow ALL of the instructions there, particularly about turning off the Automatic Updating and deleting ‘CCupdate.exe’, if you do not follow the instructions then your newly rolled back CCleaner will just update to CCleaner7 again.

Please could you send me a screenshot of whee CCleaner 7 is freezing and follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Replicate the issue on your end.
  2. In CCleaner, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click Help.
  3. Select CCleaner Support Tool from the options.
  4. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool.
  5. Once installed, run the tool to generate the logs.
  6. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
  7. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.
