Cc7 does not start correcrly

cc7 starts sometimes correct, but often not

CC7 Doesn’t work for me either. The only options displayed are cloud drive cleaner or disk analyzer. I also had to find the license key coz it didn’t recognise me either. I want the previous version. CC7 full of bugs.

@empoknor321 It sounds like you may have a faulty install. If you go to Windows Settings > Apps and click CCleaner 7 it should show you options to Repair or to Uninstall.

@jane1 see above about a possible faulty install.
But you probably want this, follow the instructions carefully.

How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39

We now have numerous posts from users dissapointed with the new v7 and asking if/how they can roll back to v6.39. Whilst normally I would say that you should use the latest version that works on your machine I also believe that you should have the choice to roll back from a major feature update. Particularly if/when that update is flawed. The CCleaner 7 service is not running. Please follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
To fix this issue, you need to restart the CCleaner 7 service. To restart the service, follow the steps below:

1. Press the Windows + R keys on your desktop.

2.Type in the following text and then press Enter.

services.msc

3. If you see a prompt, click Yes.

4. In the Services window, right-click CCleaner 7 and click Properties.

5. In the Properties window, under General tab, next to Startup Type, from the drop-down list select Automatic.

6. Under Service Status, click Start.

7. Click Apply and then click OK.
