I have run separate virus, etc checks on the cc installer, the cc program itself, the language installer & the uninstaller. I have also run virus, etc checks on explorer.exe - basically anywhere a virus, worm anything could be hidden & found nothing. I admit to being stupid enough to download the above version of CC from filehippo hence running such indepth virus scans.
I unticked everything but the following - Explorer - Temporary Internet Files, history, cookies, recently typed URLs, index.dat files, Last download location.
Firefox - Internet Cache, Internet History, Cookies, Download History, Session
I restarted my computer after running CC (with only explorer & firefox boxes ticked) to find AGAIN that my profile won't load. The computer restarts without issue when I didn't run CC first. I want this fixed. I cannot access my computer at all because of this stupid program.
I have purchased the CC Home version of this program to access the customer support. Hilariously enough I can't access it because I need to verify the email I can't access. Seriously!
I really appreciate any information anyone is able to give.

Hello I really hope someone can help me, I have done a search & can't find anything that relates to the problem I'm currently having.
I have downloaded the latest version of CC & my computer has been playing up since.
I am currently running Vista & I only have 1 account which acts as administrator.
I have run CC twice now. As a general rule I restart the computer. Each time I have done this I have been given a temp user account, Windows states it couldn't load my profile.
I am running CC with the default settings. After the first time it locked me out I was able to regain my user account/profile by restoring the CC back up.
I thought it may have been the Registry that had caused the problem so the second time I ran CC I left the Registry out. The same thing happened again. I managed to stumble across some instructions on the piriform website under Troubleshooting. I had to download a file to access my computer.
So it must be 1 of the ticked boxes in Cleaner. I loathe to run it again in case I can't get in to my account at all.
Are or have other people had this problem? Does anybody know which 'box' the problem may be so I can untick it? It's incredibly unsettling to be locked out of your own account :/
Thanks for any help you are able to give.
My latest service pack for Windows is Security Update for Windows Vista (KB2579686) & Security Update for Microsoft Silverlight (KB2617986) (both) 14/10/2011, Installation status: Successful. CC - v3. 11. 1550 - I hope this is the information you are looking for, I'm afraid I'm not tech savvy.
My pc is set up as per normal with the operating system on C:\, I also have an external drive but I've had it for a year with no issues in regards to CC.
My profile is locate in Users in (Local Disk) C:\ - there are actually 3 folders in Users Lu, Public & TEMP.
I shut down the computer 3 times, restarted the computer 2 times & even left it off for ten minutes after it loaded the Temp profile each time.
I use AVG Internet Security 2011 & Lavasoft 'Adaware' as security & yes the scans are clean. I make a point of running 'complete system' scans every couple of days as well as the scheduled ones just so I can make sure they're running properly.
