CC is skipping windows 10 history

CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

Using CCleaner 5.16. Click clean and window shows that internet history has been skipped. Any Ideas?

was it, or anything related to the browser, still running (even in the background) when CC ran?
