Hi. CC Cleaner (latest version from Google Playstore) is stuck at 73% the whole night and up unti today - already 36 hours and still 73% despite full permissions and latest version of app. I ALREADY PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THIS - so please give me a definite solution! I notice you guys have been talking about this same problem since July 2025, so it is very unbecoming because we paid for this app to do its job - so please, no excuses!
Hi @Nathan1992,
Please let me know what version of CCleaner you are currently using?
You can check this by going to Account> About this app.
If you have any issues please message me back
