Cc cleaner professional de-activate

I used your offer to try cc cleaner professional, but my decision is not to use it any longer. I don’t use Windows anymore,so I don’t want to use cc cleaner professional.
What should be done to make sure that the free trial has ended and I don’t want it anymore?
TIA,
Jan

You say ‘free trail’ so I assume that you haven’t paid anything yet, have you given any payment/card details?
If not then they have no way to charge you, so once the trial period has passed then the trial has ended.

If you have given payment details, on the understanding that unless you cancel you will pay for Pro following the free trial, then you will need to contact support to cancel.

The Support server has been down all weekend, hopefully someone will fix it today.
Once the server is up again:

You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Further you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending the form is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you may not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.

PS. I have to say that it seems a but odd to take a trial of CCleaner Pro for Windows (or any software trial for that matter) if you were intending not using Windows anyway?
