New member: downloaded and ran CC Cleaner on a PC with problems. When attempting to run pgm with default choices, analysis does OK, but when "Clean" selected, it hangs at 36% both in normal Win7 and Safe Mode. I need to know if this is a bug with CC Cleaner or my PC. I can't spend any more time chasing problems of another sort because I have been under pressure to fix my broken WIn7 Pro/64bit PC for the past week and a half.
what does it say it's doing when it hangs?
are you using winapp2.ini, INCLUDEs or any enhancer?
show a screenshot.
99.5% sure it'll be your PC (somehow) and not CC. just need to find why.
turn-around times in most forums can be measured in hours, if not days, so if time is critical, you may need to find a quicker help avenue.
what are the other PC problems?

Are you using secure delete?
If yes, does it complete if you don't use secure delete?
