My PayPal account had been suspended w/o my knowing it was. The payment for the 2-year renewal did not go through. I need to make the payment. THE CONTACT US SETUP AT CLEVERBRIDGE IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS. NO WAY TO SEND A MESSAGE FOR ASSISTANCE, NO CHAT, JUST CHASE MY TAIL THROUGH NON-HELPFUL SCREENS. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER CONTACT SETUP.

Please CONTACT SUPPORT for more information (and show them this message so they can help)”. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
I ended up in the WINDOWS support area - I had no other choices when I tried to contact support. Could not get to the Macintosh area. WEIRD. Roger Christian
NOW, I AM UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT, AT ALL. My login ID was rogeric, but now you want my email address, which is OK, but I cannot log in with that either, and even trying to get a new password.
