I am unable to set up cc on my pc as it says It will not work in my region even with VPN, How can i get a refund?
Where is your region?
CCleaner is currently prohibited from use in some regions, notably the Russia Federation.
Sometimes using a VPN can actually make things worse, many softwares use 3rd party checkers, some of those checkers can spot a VPN is in use and so will err on the cautious side and block any VPN connection.
PS. we have seen a couple recently in Canada/US Great Lakes that were being blocked for some reason, they didn’y come back to report if they sorted it out or not.
