I run Windows XP. After CC cleaner and IE8 and SP3 were installed on my computer I had problems with accessing ebay which said that my browser was blocking cookies. I set CC cleaner to accept ebay cookies but it made no difference.
After much disucssion with Microsoft technical help I opened a new user account and transferred all my files over. This worked fine until I reinstalled CC cleaner and immediately I have the same problem.
I have cookies deselected in CC cleaner and ebay specifically listed under accept cookies but I sitll have the problem.
Any suggestions? (PS in not too techie jargon, I am a relative newbie)
