CC always asking UAC permission to run

Win7 Pro 64bit

When running CC it always asking me for UAC permission to run, there is no shield on the short cut - other programs don't ask.

I've tried altering permissions etc. Is there something I'm missing?? Thanks Dave.

I give up!!!! Geesh this had me fooled left, right and centre, up, down and middle - I wouldn't have known!
