After paying for cc7 upgrade and performing clean my computer stopped responding so. I tried to restore and it would not. I tried to reset and now it is stuck in a loop and will not load to desktop. It must have corrupted my files. I have tried to get help through chat and they said they would send me an email with instructions but they never sent it. Now I have no way of using my pc.
