Renewed my subscription for two years. Went through the cashback claim process. Received my acknowledgement email 38 working days ago. No refund. This is the only way I’ve found to contact anyone about this. Is there a way to contact CCleaner directly?
All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you MUST engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.
Note2 - It appears that the system is currently overloaded. Users are reporting very long waits for the Live Chat to respond.
I tried your recommendation. I didn’t get a support ticket/ID number. All I got was a chat bot telling me to contact customer service. Asked the chat bot for contact information - it said it couldn’t provide that information. No customer service information on the website, no way to contact anyone, I guess this will be the last time I use CCleaner.
The chat bot is now the way to contact support.
And we all agree it isn’t good enough - but it is all that there is.
