I renewed my sub to CCleaner Professional Plus. Was offered Cashback. Submitted claim, which was acknowledged on 2 May 2025, saying that it would be paid within 30 days. Now it’s 9 June and still no sign of payment. Links on the main CCleaner website are circular and offer no way to pursue this claim.
