The Cashback Premium 40 cashback refund page does not work. In step 2, after entering my Cleverbridge reference number and my email address the Next button remains greyed out. I have tried this several times with the correct information and different browsers. If I click the Support button I get a message that something went wrong; the form is not available for my language. My language is ENGLISH. I don’t see any link or phone number for any phone or email support. Can someone help me out?
web support…
email is…

Thank you!
I’m having exactly the same experience (tested in Brave and Edge browsers). Did you raise a ticket and have you had a response?
I hav got the same issue - and the same question as themaiz
Yes, it took a day or two to get a response but they were excellent. They immediately refunded the rebate back to my account. Very impressive.
Excellent news. I will fill in the form. Did they say why the online process didn’t work?
That’s very, very bad of them to be broken so visibly, let alone to not have fixed it yet. And, as you said, the “not available in your language” error in the help process is… very unhelpful.
I don’t know if the form works now. I emailed them at support@ccleaner.com to get the problem resolved. I agree it’s a bad look to leave that page broken – and to make it so difficult to get the simple support email address. I don’t see it anywhere on the web site.
The form does work, because I just received a reply - telling me not to worry, and that the message about “period expired” has been fixed. I didn’t see that message (or any message) and nothing about the problem we both saw with language translation. I’ll report back when I’ve retried the form in a couple of hours.
I was ambiguous about form. The contact us form worked. The link they provided did not work… still the same behaviours that we have reported previously.
But: silver lining. When I told them that the claim form still did not work, they did the processing in the background. CleverBridge has reported a $50 refund. So… case closed. Moral: ask!
Thanks for the original posting, which gave me the approach to try.
