The Cashback allegedly issued by support (Billy) had the wrong currency. Instead of $40 US Dollars, it had P40 (Pesos). It was communicated through email. I asked for it to be corrected, and Billy just responded by saying he is escalating the case. 8 days later, still no response from Support.
Worse, the Live Chat is not working. Nothing. It does not open the chat window at all.
Starting to feel like a scam.
Can anyone help?
