Cash back refund for early renewal

Not able to complete the cash back offer as I put my e-mail address in and the cleverbridge reference number. Prior to requesting the $40 refund, I downloaded KAMO which activated. I received a drop down after entering my email and reference number and said USA was the wrong country? How do I get this corrected? Greg

Out of curiosity, I tried using UK instead and got the same problem.

Very curious to know if anyone else is also getting the “support form is not available in your language” for English when trying to contact support over the impossibility of claiming the cashback. Not a good experience with this offer - smells like a scam.

Also “premium support” chat link goes as far as setting up a username but then clicking the “start chat” button does nothing.

When I activated the renewal, there was an option for access to Premium Technical Support. Got into a live chat with a support representative and was taken care of. One note, prior to trying to apply for the $40 refund, I had activated KAMO (the VPN) and thought that the VPN redirected to another country and when I entered the USA it wouldn’t recognize me. When I went to use another support avenue, the drop down said support wasn’t available for my language?? Hope this helps…Papa Grizzly

When I tried the premium support link, the page hung every single time when clicking to launch the chat platform.
I eventually had a reply (after two days) to a support email address I managed to find on the (deactivated) Facebook page in which the cashback refund was processed manually.
So, it was technically resolved - though I wonder how many people would see that process through to the end?
